Areas We Service
Where We Work
Carpet Cleaning Group runs out of one shop at 3652 N Milwaukee Ave, on the Northwest Side. Every truck starts there and comes back there. That shop location decides our range. We cover the city, the North Shore, and the near western suburbs. Below is every area we serve, with a page for each one.Chicago Neighborhoods
We clean carpet across the city, from Loop high-rises to bungalows on the Northwest Side. These neighborhoods have dedicated pages with local details:
Lincoln Park | Lakeview | Rogers Park
Don’t see your neighborhood? We still serve it. Wicker Park, Logan Square, Irving Park, Jefferson Park, Old Town, Gold Coast, River North, Edgewater, and everywhere in between. The list above only shows areas with their own page.

What city work usually looks like
Bungalows, two-flats, three-flats, and condo buildings. Carpeted stairs come up constantly, and they take longer per square foot than open floor, so we price them on their own. We wrote up the key things to know about home carpet cleaning for first-time clients.
Downtown and lakefront buildings often want a certificate of insurance before they let a vendor upstairs. We are fully insured and a COI is available on request. Tell us your building when you book and we will sort it out ahead of the appointment.

What North Shore work usually looks like
Larger homes and more wool. Wool and oriental rugs usually go back to our plant rather than getting cleaned in place, and pickup and delivery is free.

Naperville
Naperville is the far edge of our range. We still go, but book ahead rather than same day.
Cook County
If your town is not listed above, check our Cook County page. We cover a good deal of the county beyond the towns with their own pages here.
What Does Not Change By Location
Pricing is the same everywhere on this list. A room up to 150 square feet is $60. A hallway up to 75 square feet is $30. A walk-in closet up to 50 square feet is $20. A staircase up to 16 stairs is $60, or $5 per stair. A basement up to 450 square feet is $180.
Minimum service order is $180. Card payments carry a 3.7% processing fee.
There is no fuel fee and no parking fee. Distance does not change your bill. A job in Naperville costs what the same job costs in Portage Park.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM. Sunday we are closed. Same-day appointments are often available, and they fill early.
Not Sure If We Reach You?
Call (773) 570-4224 and ask. If we cannot get to you, we will say so rather than book and cancel.
Estimates are free. We have been family-owned since 2014, and every job carries our 100 percent satisfaction guarantee.
See residential services or commercial services for what we actually do once we get there.
Stuff People Ask Us
Depends on square footage and what we’re dealing with. Heavy staining or pet issues need extra products and time, so those cost more. But no surprises—we tell you upfront what it’ll be. Currently running a special: steam cleaning plus sanitizing plus deodorizing for 3 rooms (up to 400 sq ft) for $195. Want an exact quote for your place? Call us at +17735704224. Free estimates, no pressure, no weirdness.
I mean, yeah. Here’s why: vacuuming literally cannot reach what’s buried in your carpet. Dust mites, allergens, bacteria, old spills that soaked through—all of it’s down there, and it’s affecting your air quality every day. It’s also grinding away at the fibers and shortening your carpet’s life. Professional extraction actually pulls that stuff out. Your carpets last longer. Your air is genuinely cleaner. If anyone in your house deals with allergies or asthma, you’ll probably notice the difference pretty quick. It’s one of those things that feels like a splurge until you do it and realize why people keep doing it.
