Wood Under the Carpet
Older houses sometimes have oak floors hiding under wall-to-wall carpet. If you know or suspect that, tell us when you book. Our equipment pulls the water back up in the same pass it goes down.

If you just moved into a rebuilt house, regular vacuuming is the best care for new carpet. Keep the paperwork from your installer, since some carpet makers set rules for how their product gets cleaned. When the first traffic lanes show up, call us.
Area Rugs Come to Our Shop
Area rugs leave with our crew and get cleaned at our shop. Both trips are free. Pricing is $3.50 per sq. ft., so a 5×8 rug is 40 sq. ft., or $140. Since the $180 minimum still applies, pair a rug with a room or the basement on the same visit.
Turnaround on rugs is 1 to 2 weeks. We inspect each one first and warn you about any stain that might not budge. Hand-knotted and wool rugs go through oriental rug cleaning.
