Our Story
Carpet Cleaning Group is a family business. We opened in 2014 and we have worked out of the same shop on Milwaukee Avenue ever since, a few blocks from Six Corners on the Northwest Side. That is the whole company. There is no call center and no franchise office in another state. When you call, you reach us.What We Actually Do
Most of our work is carpet, area rugs, and upholstery in homes across the city and the North Shore. We also do tile and grout, mattresses, and commercial floors for offices and buildings that need work done after hours. Our main method is hot water extraction. Hot solution goes into the fiber, breaks the soil loose, and gets pulled back out under vacuum. Carpet is normally dry in four to six hours, and we will tell you that rather than promise you a dry floor the moment we walk out the door. For rugs that should not be cleaned in place, we take them back to our plant. Pickup and delivery is free.

What We Clean With
Our products are Green Seal certified and 100 percent non-toxic. This matters if you have a toddler on the floor or a dog that sleeps on the rug, and it is the reason a lot of our customers called us the first time.
We are not going to tell you our solutions are magic. They are good products used properly by people who do this every day.
How We Price
Rates are published. A room up to 150 square feet is $60. A hallway up to 75 square feet is $30. A staircase up to 16 stairs is $60. The minimum service order is $180.
There is no fuel charge and no parking charge, and distance does not change your bill. Card payments carry a 3.7% processing fee, which cash or check avoids.
You get the full number before we start, and it holds when we arrive. Stain treatment during a normal visit and moving standard furniture are part of the job, not add-ons that appear on the invoice afterward.
Insurance and Buildings
We are fully insured and a certificate of insurance is available on request. Most Chicago high-rises and condo associations want one on file before a vendor comes upstairs, so tell us your building when you book and give us a few days.
