Commercial Cleaning Services for Chicago Businesses
Carpet Cleaning Group is a family-owned company at 3652 N Milwaukee Ave. We have cleaned floors for Chicago businesses since 2014. Our clients run offices, retail stores, restaurants, high-rise buildings, apartment properties, and industrial spaces. We are fully insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance to your building manager before we start. We work around tenant schedules, freight elevator windows, and building access rules, including after hours and weekends. There is no fuel or parking charge, which matters on a metered block or in a permit zone.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
We clean lobbies, hallways, offices, and the traffic lanes that gray out first. For routine upkeep we use low-moisture encapsulation, which dries in about an hour, so your team keeps working. For a deep clean we run hot water extraction after hours, and the floor is dry by the next business day.
Pricing: $0.30 per sq ft. Add disinfectant, fiber protectant, or pet stain and odor treatment for $0.15 per sq ft each.
See our commercial carpet cleaning page for the full process, scheduling, and FAQs.
Vinyl Tile Floor Stripping and Waxing
Old wax yellows and traps grit, and no amount of mopping brings the shine back. We strip the finish down to bare tile, lay fresh coats, then buff. We handle VCT, LVT, and linoleum in stores, schools, clinics, and restaurants. Grease and traffic explain why restaurant floors need grout cleaning more often.
Pricing: $2.00 per sq ft.
See our vinyl floor stripping and waxing page for details.
Concrete Floor Cleaning
Warehouse, garage, and back-of-house concrete holds oil, salt, and dust down in the pores. Sweeping moves it around. We scrub the surface and pull the soil back out. The floor is then ready to seal or coat if you want that next.
Pricing: $2.00 per sq ft.
Scheduling Around Your Building
Most jobs here come with rules attached. Downtown and high-rise properties want a certificate of insurance on file days ahead, a freight elevator reserved, and work done outside tenant hours. Older Northwest Side storefronts have narrow alley access and no dock at all. Tell us what your building requires when you call. We book the window, file the paperwork, and show up ready. Clearing desks and cords is part of preparing a workspace for carpet cleaning.

How Commercial Pricing Works
Square footage sets the price, so we measure on site instead of quoting blind over the phone. You get the number in writing before anything starts, and that is the number you pay.
- Minimum service order: $180
- 3.7% processing fee on credit card payments
- No fuel or parking fee
- Free on-site quote, with no obligation
If you want the case for putting service on a schedule instead of calling when a floor already looks bad, read why regular service protects your floors.
