Wall-to-Wall Carpet and Upholstery

For rooms and stairs, we use hot water extraction. It flushes out soil and pulls most of the moisture back out in the same pass. Expect 4 to 6 hours of dry time.

Here’s a typical bungalow. Say you have a living room, dining room, and two bedrooms, each 150 sq. ft. or less, plus a hallway and one flight of stairs. That comes to $330.

The minimum service order is $180. Card payments add a 3.7% fee, so that same job is $342.21 by card. Cash and checks avoid the fee. Optional pet odor, disinfectant, or protectant treatment is $30 per room. We don’t charge for fuel or parking.
