A little planning makes condo jobs go fast. Check if your building needs an elevator reservation or a move-in slot. Let us know where to load in. Clear small items like toys, shoes, and plants off the floor. We will move standard furniture ourselves.
If you have a rug going out for cleaning, roll it up or leave it flat. Either works. We will take it from there.
No Parking Fee, Ever
Parking near the lake is tight. Some companies pass that cost on to you. We do not. There is no fuel or parking fee on any job.
