That changes how we work. Too much moisture in the fiber can reach the boards underneath, so extraction passes matter more than saturation. This is the main reason we do not race a job in an older bungalow.

Light spotting is part of a normal visit and does not get itemized onto your bill. Set-in urine that has reached the pad is a different service, and that is pet odor removal.
Carpet that old in a vintage home holds years of accumulated dust and dander. The pad is usually the problem, not the fiber.
Old padding also holds water longer, which is worth knowing before you book around a dry time.
Ravenswood Manor blocks have bigger lots and more rugs. Wool and oriental rugs go back to our plant rather than getting cleaned in place, and pickup and delivery is free.

If a leak or flood is behind it, that is water damage restoration, which needs different equipment.

Card payments carry a 3.7% processing fee. Cash or check avoids it. No fuel fee, no parking fee.
Optional add-ons are $30 per room for pet stain and odor, disinfectant, or fiber protectant.
