Carpet is one of the first things a landlord checks at move-out. Book your clean after the furniture is gone, so we can reach every corner. Point out any stains when we arrive. Some old stains lift fully and some only fade, and we will tell you which is which before we start.

Take photos once the carpet is dry. That gives you a clear record for your inspection.
